HC-110 Helper

C-41 Helper

Reciprocity Helper

 The Unofficial HC-110 Helper

a web application for film development with Kodak HC-110

This app uses formulas specifically tailored to Kodak HC-110 developer (syrup) and calculates development times in relation to temperature, Push/Pull times, as well as basic mixing volumes for the different dilutions for convenient use. The design principle behind it was to make a digitally useable, dynamic HC-110 botle label.

The values calculated here are not set in stone, but they give a good starting point and should get you into the ballpark of a good development that works for you. For repeatable results in line with data used for this tool, only use distilled or demineralized water to mix HC-110 working solution!  The Push/Pull Calculator is a reference to use if in doubt. It works best with films like Ilford HP5+, Kodak TriX, Tmax 100 and 400. For High-Speed Films like Tmax P3200 and Delta 3200 use the guidelines given in the respective datasheets. Likewise, for ultra slow, high contrast films like Adox HR or other microfilms, either use the given times or if in doubt, process in HC-110 F for 30 minutes semi-stand with 30s initial agitation and 30s agitation after 15 minutes for pictorial contrast of around 0.6 to 0.7.
